@liberty@mathstodon.xyz #RustLang is a no go:
"No comment on this PR may mention the following topics:
- Long-term social or economic impact of LLMs
- The environmental impact of LLMs
- Anything to do with the copyright status of #LLM output
- Moral judgements about people who use LLMs”

@pointlessone@status.pointless.one @liberty@mathstodon.xyz it was, but the point is Rust is _THE_ LLM language, at least in my head.

I got my #RaspberrPi. What was the second thing, after configuring #PiHole, I did? I installed #AdaLang compiler and built Tada!
Happy hacking in Ada on #RaspberryPi!

@monospace@floss.social I noticed it makes me super happy to just build the stuff I always wanted to do without concern for the outcome or the expectations of others.
Even if it means creating my own programming world in #AdaLang :)

@pointlessone@status.pointless.one how do you call, apparently, the default language of the AI bros, aka Rust, then? ;)

@lukasrotermund oh, indeed, the #AdaLang #LSP was definitely making things slower. Completions are not ideal, but I think they're "good enough". I will let it cook for a while. Thanks!

@RangerRick@redwombat.social I think not everything is true about #AdaLang in this article (like checked exceptions), but the overall message is true.

@pointlessone I spent a full weekend fighting it, but for now it's so overwhelming, feels like it's very #Linux-specific
