First harvest! We divided it into 3 pieces so we could all try it. #Gardening #EdibleGardening

Spicy Chicken Tacos with Kimchi Salsa - My husband's Father's Day request. So good and perfect amount of spice. I gave this one a big 😃 in the cookbook (I rate recipes with emojis) Recipe from Cook Korean! by Robin Ha. #cooking #CookBooks

We're building it! Look how cute this little popcorn cart is. Little flower pieces as popcorn and a mini-minifig trophy as the doll cranking the popcorn barrel 😍#Lego #Disneyland

Working with Newfound Foodscapes in Alameda to re-establish our mini farm! 🤓 #gardening #EdibleGardening

Chicken and Ginger Jook. There's a ton of ginger in this so I knew my husband would like it. I love a dish with tons of flavorful toppings to choose from. 2nd recipe I've made from Cook Like a King by Melissa King and it's 2/2 winners! #cooking #CookBooks

Sheet-Pan Mushroom Parmigiana - basically pizzas, reformatted. Trying out a recipe from my new cookbook, Easy Weeknight Dinners from NY Times cooking. So many things in here i want to make. #cooking #cookbook #VegetarianRecipe

Finished "Ashes to Ashes, Crust to Crust" by Mindy Quigley. 🌟 🌟 🌟 3.5 stars. I liked this better than the first book in the series, very pleasant cozy - good characters, setting, food descriptions, and a cat. Plus, the cover art and titles are *chef's kiss*. #BookReview #Mystery #CozyMystery

Having a lot of fun getting reacquainted with #WoW lately, they have added so many nice quality-of-life improvements! I love that my husband and I can do a dungeon together with just us and NPC's, regardless of level and class!

Pork Meatballs with Ginger and Fish Sauce - (I used half chicken, half pork) Lots of ginger garlic, fish sauce, and crushed Ritz crackers. Served with snap peas with sesame oil & soy sauce, mint, cilantro, lime. I'm in a phase where I just want fast flavorful recipes and this was a winner! Recipe from Easy Weeknight Dinners by NYTimes. #Cooking #CookBook

Blackened Salmon with Bourbon-Soy Marinade, Bok Choy, and Green Apple. Wow! This felt like a restaurant dish! Savory and salty from the bourbon & soy, tart & sweet from the apple, pops of spice from the Thai chile (Careful, it's potent) From "Bourbon Land" by Edward Lee. #Cooking #CookBook

The Imagineers did a great job on this updating the gameplay and our little Theme Parks team at #Pixar did new animation of Buzz & Zurg battling in the tunnel. #DisneyWorld #Imagineering https://attractionsmagazine.com/new-buzz-lightyear-ride-review/?fbclid=IwdGRjcAQ0HLFjbGNrBDQbomV4dG4DYWVtAjExAHNydGMGYXBwX2lkDDM1MDY4NTUzMTcyOAABHnYDdjpl_ubq0yTnbvYDPEEhuZIoYhYxB-XJNtGHASdx6C-w_e2RT_l8V7sh_aem_LzNHPG_e4LstbJp6JdejIw

#WoW's environment design is so beautiful and makes me want to explore each new zone. And their sound design is so juicy (complementary)

Too bad I have to work today. Just feel like sleeping, snacking and watching my escapist dating reality tv shows.

Everything that's been announced so far about Monstropolis at Hollywood Studios 😈 (Huge project I'm spending lots of time on currently) #Pixar #Imagineering #DisneyWorld https://www.disneytouristblog.com/monsters-inc-land-hollywood-studios-disney-world-door-roller-coaster-restaurants-show-details-dates/

Yay I'm going to go see Daði Freyr in SF in October!!! 🕺 🕺 🕺

The husband & I are installing #WoW. Haven't played in 6 years and I'm glad they have an area for re-familiarizing yourself with how to play.

I'm at Left Coast Crime in San Francisco this weekend and reading the perfect book 🤓 #books #mystery #sfba

4 men in the final! I think finally there will be a male winner of TOC. I'd like to see Jet Tila win. #Cooking #TournamentOfChampions

My gaming pc laptop (Razer Blade 16) has started overheating so much I can't even browse email without a giant cooling pad. Anyone have a laptop recommendation that runs cooler? I only play FFXIV and World of Warcraft on it. #Videogames

Dadi Freyr new album is out tomorrow...I hear if you listen to it all your dreams will come true, forever ✨ #DadiFreyr https://youtube.com/shorts/p25br8uCF-k?si=1Vc3Kop2nlzB9hWA

Husband is watching the live action Mario Bros. movie from 1993 and it's so bizarre. Also did you know they are named Mario Mario and Luigi Mario?
I will say really good casting of Bob Hoskins and John Leguizamo as Mario & Luigi.

Interesting. Separate sub so I will just pick one... I might pick Switch 2 if it plays well. Small screen for my terrible eyesight though. #ffxiv
