I'm living in a material world and I need a material nerd!
What should i use to try to re-seal a lengthways split in a dishwasher seal?
Presumably some glues (or whatever substance works) are better than others for this kind of thing but I don't know where to start.
It's at the bottom of the door and Indesit only sell the replacement seal as part of a whole new door unit, the cheeky capitalist scamps!

@WiteWulf@cyberplace.social I've been through all that and the seals for sale are the ones that are on the dishwasher body and do the sides and top, or they're the wrong fit for my door. You can only buy the one that fits my door on the bottom of a replacement door unit
