Old obsession unlocked! Played Race for the Galaxy with the Xeno Invasion expansion (but not the Invasion game) five times today with @eerko@brettspiel.space!

Ordered some fabric and threads yesterday for a new cross stitch project, figuring it’ll get here when it gets here, no rush. But they send it immediately and I got a notification that it would arrive today.
That got my hopes up, so now I’m disappointed it didn’t arrive even though I didn’t expect it to be here until next week.

Love it when my birds come together like this!
It only took us 10 years, but we’ve played through all cards 🤣

When the designer ( @ode@brettspiel.space ) lends you their preproduction copy of a game 💚 We’re in for a treat we know, ‘cause we already had the privilege to play test a while ago!

Looking for advice! We're looking for a new game:
- Good with 2 players
- Small footprint
- Coop or competitive
- With some campaign/legacy/scenario type elements
Games we've already enjoyed: Trek 12, My City, Bomb Busters, Welcome to the Moon, Sky Team.

I draw the line at Korean she said, while proceeding to create a score sheet in Korean (hopefully 🤣) from Korean rules.

@kimthefu@lgbtqia.space Ow no, that’s even worse to sort out again, those card backs are all the same!

@RogerBW@discordian.social I’m pretty sure I put it back all nice and neat. And also, we don’t go around shaking boxes, so how this happened is a mystery!
Today we finally got to play the new The Game Builders game Northgreen! It’s designed by han & ode. so you know it’s good! With @eerko@brettspiel.space & @ode@brettspiel.space. So cool they used my setting suggestion, if you ain’t Iceland farming you ain’t gaming!

Inspired by our recent Ark Nova milestone, I’ve created a 3x1000 challenge (no end date 🤣).
With the new Race for the Galaxy expansion coming soon I’m sure we’re going to be playing it a lot!
All included plays are with @eerko@brettspiel.space only.

My luke-warm take of the day: sending a (picture) attachment that is rotated/oriented the wrong way is rude.
Rain!
🎤“Just the same you know i like the rain”🎵
Pretty wild flower we saw today. It was really hard to get it into focus somehow.

@jeffreykuiken@mastodon.social We get people who tell us what we should do regularly, but this is next level 🤯
