@georgetakei@universeodon.com To be fair, it is unlikely Jill Stein was decisive in 2016. Checking Wisconsin, Trump won by 23K votes. Stein got 31K votes. It is unlikely 87% of those Stein voters would have voted for Clinton if Stein had not been on the ballot.
