@GayDeceiver@mstdn.social NICE! I didn’t know you are a Pratchett fan. Susan Sto Helit is one of my favorite Discworld characters.

what? WHAT?!?!?

@buffyleigh@mas.to I noticed last night that Encyclopaedia Metallum listed Dolly. She really was the GOAT. R.I.P. Dolly https://www.metal-archives.com/artists/Dolly_Parton/1093894

@cmconseils@mastodon.social This will never work out. YYYY/MM/DD is obviously the superior format.

My dad just told me there is a part in Dante’s Inferno where someone farts into a trumpet. Which deadly sin is that?

@occult@vox.ominous.net I am invested in this story.

Hawk tax

Have you ever wondered what it would sound like if Iron Maiden had written "Dancing Queen"? Neither have I, but someone thought of this and decided it needs to exist. Bonus: The musician is playing the guitar even with a hand deformity. 🤯 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlM5b39QU_s #FridayMetalCovers

Today is my birthday. Roast me! Or post music or something. I’m easy.

Today's #ThursdayFiveList theme is #SciFiTunes. One band was born just for this - Mechina. They've got many albums about stories in space and other planets. Here are five of my favorite songs. @KydiaMusic@mastodon.social Hallo der handsome cyclops! 👋

@michelestrider@mastodon.social Turn around, clown eyes! Every now and then I fall apart. And I need a clown tonight to drink with on this train car. To sing karaoke inside and maybe laugh in the dark. The clown knows that he’ll make it to the end of the line He’ll get back to the circus and his life will be bright. I don’t know what to do, the clowns are getting trashed. They keep on telling stories about clown cars that crashed. Forever’s gonna start tonight Forever’s gonna start to… Once upon a time there was light in my life, Now I’m in a room of drunk clowns. This shit’s getting weird. I’m getting off at the next town.

@mayorbeetles@pagan.plus I thought it meant subtraction.

@cmconseils please tell me this happened in florida

How to win at life: I've submitted my resume to several places, without noticing this wonderful professional summary section. I R SMRT! (But I got a new job anyway....so I guess it worked?)

@FlockOfCats@famichiki.jp mischief mayhem soap

@NuclearOatmeal LMAO....I'm gonna add that to the alt text and credit you. 🤣

@stumblewyk Parenting done right!

@mayorbeetles With her eyes open that wide, she will definitely be able to dodge bullets.

@Jorsh the @fesshole has our back today

@nblr@chaos.social Obviously you just need a battery type XXX for this. 🙄

@LikeItOrLumpIt That's awesome! Congratulations!

@cmconseils@mastodon.social Monty Python did a sketch around that time. “Wow look at page 8 - Nixon’s had an asshole transplant.” “Have you seen the ‘stop press’? The asshole rejected him.”

@jollyorc This is cursed. The Weyland-Yutani logo on the ass cheek makes it extra cursed.

@dillyd@turtleisland.social “Bones in the sky. Long winding rivers That never ran dry”

@projektionsyta I didn't think it could get weirder than My Little Xenomorph. Then I found Kermit the Xenomorph, and nothing has meaning anymore.

@yourfutureex@metalhead.club That's super lame. 😡

@cmconseils Stale-mate fuckers!

@LoganFive Maybe you can’t be bothered. But I can’t be arsed.

@yourfutureex@metalhead.club Very cool, I haven't heard of this band before

@Neat_hot@beige.party 🎶 I have walked 500 miles,🎶 🎶 and I would walk 500 more.🎶 🎶 I'm the poorest man in Edinburgh🎶 🎶 and I cannot afford a car. 🎶

@yourfutureex I'm on track 2 and I love it. I like Oh Hiroshima and Tides From Nebula, but I have not heard of this band or A Swarm of the Sun. I will have to listen to them. Have you heard of pg.lost? They are similar to Oh Hiroshima.

@alipunk "Christ is watching" Pft, not only is he watching, he brought enough to share!

@carliermusic@musicians.today Happy birthday! Have you ever wondered what an NES game would sound like if it was fully scored by an orchestra?

@alicemcalicepants@ohai.social I think that sound I just heard was the "Birds Aren't Real" people, running for the hills.

@KydiaMusic You are only required to do 1 adult thing per day. Sometimes. If you can be arsed. You may spend the rest of your time how you see fit. Will you listen to music? Or make music? Will you cook some good food? Or will you eat a hot pocket while watching rude cartoons? Damn, your life sounds awesome!

@lowqualityfacts At the time of his birth, Tommy Lee Jones was 2 years older than his parents.

@overflo no gods no masters

@MrLovenstein@mastodon.social It really be like this

Actual txt from my sister: “Any recommendations for baby safe pressure washers?”

@nwbt@social.nearerandfarther.com Can we please change the radio station to something that is playing commercials? Or use AI to speed this up? Both of these seem preferable to listening to the song.

@sariash@social.tchncs.de 🤘

@Darkphoenix@universeodon.com @AngryGirlK@metalhead.club Blade Runner is one of my all time favorite movies. But it’s a serious mindfuck. The scene with Zhora is pretty tough to watch. 😢 I have heard the book is not as good as the film.

@nicegnome@social.horrorhub.club The hat looks great! But I'm also interested in those framed photos hanging on the wall in the background. Would you mind posting a closeup of those?

@miona@toot.lgbt I just about went off on some people the other day. I use AI generated images for a TTRPG I run, and it generated an amusing result. When I posted it, a bunch of people started ripping on me for using AI. I wanted to say "If you just want to rip on other people's choices without saying substantive, you should go to a Trump rally."

@lowqualityfacts@mstdn.social Quick - someone tell Trump

@Alice I celebrate Siete de Nueve.

@sariash@social.tchncs.de I missed this too, I'll listen to it today.
