@_elena For eating, the ideal thing would be to have any way to get aphids (they usually appear in plants that are not healthy). For a long time, I had a ladybug who I fed with blueberries opened, also putting a small humid paper that had water and sometimes some honey so they could drink. Be careful with the honey, as it's sticky and can get a mess with their small legs. Also, I didn't put directly the water, as they can drown with it. Ladybugs are awesome 🥹
