Struggling to find time for walking. Today was 3.5 km plus a few minutes hanging out with this pair of wood pigeons.

On the train from Prague to Deçin. @siegeavecvue@rail.chat informs me that I should have booked the train with a dining carriage. I have promised to liaise with him first next time.

When he told me that this place was right on the train line, he meant it. On the bright side, I can spam @siegeavecvue@rail.chat with train photos all night long without even getting out of bed.

"We have beer," he says helpfully. It's 10am. The F-16s are taking off in the distance and I haven't had coffee yet.

Almost 10 km on what I thought was an easy walk along the river Elbe to see a small secret lake. It was in fact, a climb up the side of a mountain with some rotting cobblestone stairs for the steepest bit to find a secret reservoir. Worth it. #czechia
