A new beta (v2026.4) is now available for Pockity for #macOS which brings #AppleScript support to the app enabling powerful automations.
Here's a video demo of what this looks like.
All ledgers, entries, accounts, and categories are queryable.

If you’re not on the #TestFlight beta, and would like to test this out, send me a DM to this post please with your TF ID.
I’ve just found the cause for a major, longstanding (2+ years) bug in the apps and now have a concrete fix for it!
This plus a bunch of other bug fixes will be rolling out next week.

Includes video demos too 😉

The Scripting & Automation guide is now up https://faq.pockity.app/scripting/ #macOS #AppleScript
If you spot any mistakes, please let me know!
I’m planning a full stablity release for May 2026, before #WWDC26 in June.
The bug tracker for the app has achieved Inbox Zero, and I’m planning for a major redesign of the iOS app (I know, 6 years later!) for Q2-Q3.
The next release of Pockity has been dispatched for review, and new TestFlight builds now available.
Lots of new stuff in there! Go try it out 😉
