If you're gay, not bi, divorce/separation might be the answer, though you could theoretically stay married, and living together if you're cool maintaining a friendship and keeping separate bedrooms. Marriage doesn't have to be a romantic thing, it's a legal contract.
But if you're bi, and want to stay with your wife, you could talk about opening the relationship. Usually talking about other people doing it first and gauging the reaction is a good first step, but not the end all be all; it does happen where people aren't okay with it because of their initial "It's wrong/gross" reaction, but put more thought into it when it's their partner asking. The answer may still be no, and you'll kinda be stuck figuring out what you want to do if it is. Uprooting your own, and your partner's lives is a big decision that shouldn't be made lightly
