Here to share slices of my life and enjoy others doing the same. Here for community, friendship, cat pictures, the experiences and perspectives of people with different backgrounds. Doing all things where possible with kindness and compassion.

Coworker1 emailed instructions on bypassing a macro block in Excel. Admitted they copied the instructions from “Google”
Instructions did not apply to the scenario
I read the error message, found a usable workaround, and sent out human-written instructions
Coworker2 confirms my instructions work
And this is why I don’t use AI for troubleshooting or writing
I got the mono red Dragon precon for Foundations. Managed to find them on sale without egregious markups.
I’ve solitaired it 1v1 vs other Foundations precons using Moxfield’s playtester, and it has lost every single game😅
Likely because a red deck with a 6 mana commander and fairly high curve is poorly suited to 1v1 games.
I plan to upgrade it, but first I like to play the deck to better understand it.
Fitness watches are basically expensive Tamogachis, except the stupid animal you’re trying to keep alive is yourself
Pocket friends! Did you know the top 3 mattress brands in the US, as well as the biggest mattress retailer in the US, are owned by the same company?

I've been using my #BulletJournal a lot lately to track both tasks and notes/observations in my Daily Log. With the two mixed together, it was getting difficult to go back through my Log and see which tasks I still need to do. Then I tried something new: Two columns down the Daily Log page, tasks on one side and notes on the other. Huge success, my entries are now much more organized, I can tell at glance what's done and isn't.
For some reason I found this extremely funny
When asked how Meta is tackling these privacy controversies, a spokesperson for the company told Vogue Business: “We have teams dedicated to limiting and combating misuse, but as with any technology, the onus is ultimately on the individual to not actively exploit it.”
that spokesperson should be fired. what a terrible argument. irresponsible and pathetic
Dungeoneering was one of my favorite skills to train in ~2011. Each dungeon was an enjoyable challenge and a great activity to do with friends and clanmates. After EOC the monsters were never properly rebalanced and I roflstomped every combat, so DG lost a lot of its appeal. I'm very pleased to see today's DG rework beef up monster stats alongside all the other QOL updates and rewards expansions. Good job Jagex. #RuneScape
