@analogfusion @tomnorthfilm I have managed to buy 'As New' examples of Fujifilm lenses, so haven't felt the need to venture off brand yet, though if something really piqued my interest... 🧲

@tomnorthfilm @analogfusion No battery grip on the X-T5 is a 'no no' for me. I bought 2 hannel batteries and they definitely last all day on a full charge. Also, portrait format shots are so much easier, I find.

@analogfusion @tomnorthfilm Maybe cost/lack of sales? Also, the battery capacity increase means the X-T5 doesn't need a BG for boost mode. Like Tom I don't miss IBIS so much as to blow £1200ish on a used X-T5. I'm currently using the f2.0 23mm & 35mm WR primes which are both excellent. Safe to say I've looked -a lot- at both the X-T3 & X-T4(IBIS) but the 2 still holds its own for me. 📷👍🏻😎

@tomnorthfilm @analogfusion Nice Tom. 👍🏻 I also have the 18-55mm kit lens & 55-200mm zoom for 2 lens travel. I do keep looking at the 18 & 23mm pancakes! Simply because I could remove the BG and fit one of those pancakes and pocket the camera+lens just for the joy of it. 🤗

@tomnorthfilm @analogfusion Yes indeed, simply stunning combination! Athough the one off brand lens I have is the Tokina 100mm f2.8 AT-X PRO 1:1 Macro - superb also. Currently I'm mostly using 'Nikkor afs 35mm f1.8 ed g' on my D800. I do really like the old push/pull 80-200 f2.0 with my D700. Though big and, yes really, heavy - but Oh my.... 👍🏻📷😊

@tomnorthfilm @analogfusion I'm a bit that way too, although, I do have a m42 adapter for my X-T2... And a Leica lens only for my R4!

@tomnorthfilm @analogfusion What can we say...viva le Nikon DSLRs! I've a m42 adapter for Nikon but haven't ventured to use that on my D700 or D800 thus far. 🤗

@analogfusion @tomnorthfilm On a slightly different note... What SD cards do you use? I use a Lexar Silver Pro 64Gb SDXC II 280/130Mb in slot 1 [RAW] & SanDisk Extreme 64Gb SD I 170Mb in slot 2 [JPG]. And a back up for each of those for my X-T2. Given the X-T5s much bigger sensor and thus file sizes, would those SD Cards suffice or would new bigger/faster cards be in order?
