@demiguise @CalcProgrammer1 @OpenRGB OpenRGB is a phenomenal piece of software! I never got it working correctly when I still used Windows but on Linux, I use it all the time.

It feels like there's a new Bitlocker issue every single day...

I'm all for full disk encryption and I try not to be overly obnoxious with constant "but on Linux..." comments, but man, it really is true that Linux handles FDE so much better. 🤦‍♂️

Windows BitLocker zero-day gives access to protected drives, PoC released

A cybersecurity researcher has published proof-of-concept (PoC) exploits for two unpatched Microsoft Windows vulnerabilities named YellowKey and GreenPlasma, which are a BitLocker bypass and a privilege-escalation flaw.

@freedomtux@linuxrocks.online I haven't used it but I'm considering giving it a try on one of my spare laptops. I really like the way DHH conducts himself and I like what I see with Omarchy... that said, I'm a Plasma guy for the most part, never used a tiling window manager, so I'm not sure if/how long it'd take to get used to it.

@geerlingguy I fully intend to do this at some point when I can afford the hardware. For now, I just directly host all my music files in lossless on my PC directly, and I manually watch Blu-Rays on a dedicated player.

That's wild, I was just watching @MichaelNROH@mastodon.social's newest video and noticed at 2:27 that he has the exact same keyboard as I have!

It's a generic mechanical keyboard that I thought nobody had ever even heard of before, but it's one of the best keyboards I've ever owned.

If you need a break from the noise and the chaos, you can't go wrong with this song. It's exactly what I imagine when I think of the sort of peace that Psalm 23 describes.

Ethereal beauty beyond words. One of the few songs to truly move me to tears.

Excellent news for Proton Mail users! I don't know what took them so long to roll this out but it's great to have it as an option now.
