@SQLAllFather@techhub.social you don't happen to know who updates the public SMO repository? https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.SqlServer.SqlManagementObjects#releasenotes-body-tab links to the readme in the repo, but that doesn't contain the latest version of the package

@khalidabuhakmeh@mastodon.social maybe it's around 20? But we are only a team of 5. And currently 2-3 times, something about the build fails. E.g. Docker Hub not serving an image, NuGet not serving packages, … stuff outside our influence mostly

@fallenhitokiri@social.screamingatmyscreen.com great how IPv8 is a superset of IPv4 but seems to ignore IPv6, so that everyone who already transitioned to v6 needs to do it again, while anyone on v4 might be able to just participate in v8… I hope I skimmed over something, but 25 years after the introduction of v6 this feels odd

@simontatham I remember from my SPSS days, that most dialogues would offer to emit the action as commands. While they were not yet generalized, they offered a great start for later automatization at almost no additional time needed (you set up everything in the dialogue and just had to hit execute on the output command)

@khalidabuhakmeh@mastodon.social in the restaurant you get a menu, because no single meal is objectively for everyone the best. With those models you do choose which errors you get, … it may feel less like the restaurant menu because (at least in my opinion) no option is truly good, let alone two. At the same time we expect that software has good defaults

@flippac@types.pl @thomasfuchs@hachyderm.io I like to have a look at issues and especially PRs in that case. If a library was used at some point in the past, there likely are bugs filed, if it would need updates
