@LilahTovMoon@tech.lgbt I don't remember asking the question, but we had Free To Be, You And Me in the house, so I probably had the answer before I ever conceived the question.

Also, the TV show Babylon Berlin offered a different perspective of life in Germany during the rise of the third Reich than I was used to. I recommend watching it.

I feel like Larry Summers has been in the news for decades. Maybe I'm conflating him with John Silber?

#WorcesterMA can we please get ShotSpotter out of our city?

@deviantollam@defcon.social yeah, I saw that. I think my local PD, and certainly the White House, would have drawn out a FOIA request much longer.

@hacks4pancakes@infosec.exchange even if it wasn't staged, we don't know that Trump was the target. Maybe the shooter had a personal beef with a Secret Service agent or something.
Even aside from the current regime, maybe it's best that American scouting parts ways with war fighters.

@petergleick if Hegseth is right then they aren't us troops, they're crusaders. I'm a US citizen and Jesus has nothing to do with me.

@oscarfalcon@mastodon.social @VeroniqueB99@mastodon.social we got lucky with the first revolution. I think we'd be pushing our luck to expect good results from another one. I want change, but not revolution.
If the Trump administration is concerned about fraud, they need only look in the mirror.
