A few photos from Tuesday’s Snowbirds performance in Victoria, BC. Thanks to Capital Bike and the volunteers for running the bike valet. It was such a nice experience to be able to quickly and safely ride to a busy event using protected bike lanes and multi-use pathways. Recent upgrades to Blanshard Street in Victoria, BC included extending the protected bike lane to Kings Rd, adding a new AAA connection and bringing its total length from Humboldt St to 1.8 km. We visited Halifax and Dartmouth this summer and were impressed by electric buses, bike shares, and a downtown ferry with bike racks. We also filmed a couple bike lanes and will post the first video on Monday. #BikeHfx #biketooter #Halifax #electricbus
