@mattblaze@federate.social when Minneapolis had the super owl in 2018 they had an F-16 do a practice run over the stadium and then go vertical over the convention center where all the press were located. The boom from the afterburner echoed off all the glass buildings downtown. Dude in a building between the stadium and convention center had a heart attack because he thought it was a bomb exploding. And that was with a warning that there would be a flyover.
