Many thanks to Félix @felix@mamot.fr and all our guests for their provocative keynote positions on #DigitalSovereignty, which generated a lot of interesting discussions and interventions from the audience.

There is a lot to process and document from our Public Policy Sessions 2026 and we will share soon a list of key points and possible future steps.

ISOC-CH launches a campaign on the meaning of #DigitalSovereignty from the perspective of different actors.

The 1st event focuses on the #CivilSociety and takes place on March 27th with guests engaged with various civil society organizations, like ISOC Germany and Serbia, @fsfe@mastodon.social @wikimediaDE@social.wikimedia.de, and @LaQuadrature@mamot.fr

On April 25th, ISOC-CH will host a workshop at the #OpenEducationDay 2026 in Bern, organized by @CHopen@infosec.exchange asking the same question, this time for #Educators.

#DigitalSovereignty is becoming a hot topic, and ISOC-CH is happy to announce that it is offering a job position for policy experts on this topic, in the context of the @NGIZero@podcast.nlnet.nl Commons Fund project.
