Because they think that there will be no consequences. So start instilling in them the righteous fear that *this* administration may not punish them, but its successor most definitely will. Start right now with making them reluctant to break the law.

Election obstructors must be left no doubt that obstructing or tampering with the elections *will* have Consequences for them, individually, personally. No matter if it takes one, five or ten years: there will be a reckoning for messing with the will of the people.
