Say hello to our new foster kitten Vroom Vroom. He was named that because someone found him huddled up alone under the hood of their car. He's between 4-5 weeks old. He seems to be in good health other than he has fleas. He got flea treatment on intake at the shelter and I've been combing out the fleas eggs for the past few hours. He's very sweet and affectionate and loves to purr. Can't wait until he can meet Sugar and Spice. #cats #kittens #CatsOfMastodon #FosterKittens

@rl_dane@polymaths.social I have had probably close to 10 #cats across my lifetime on this planet. My first cat as an adult was Scout, a big black polydactyl #cat, who used to belong to my landlord. He was my wife's gateway cat. After he passed, we adopted two year and a half old bonded brother #kittens, Mario and Luigi. It was a real learning experience for my wife. They would routinely jump from the floor to the top of the fridge and steal *our* food mid-bite. 🤣 Cats are such fun and wonderful animals.

Tigers downsized Where the Mangroves Begin Kallol Mukherjee, India Two jungle cat kittens emerge from the dense mangrove forest in the Sundarban tiger reserve. It is a rare glimpse of the smaller, lesser-known wildlife that shares this tidal landscape with the reserve’s tigers, and survives its shifting mud, saline water and daily tidal flooding.
